Where is our data hosted?
On servers in the European Union. The AI models are operated by OVHcloud (France): your question and the excerpts needed to answer it are sent to it to produce the answer, and to no other AI service.
Can the assistant make things up?
It answers only from your corpus and cites the document and page for every statement. When it cannot find an answer, it says so — by design, not as a promise.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes: a full export (documents, conversations, logs) is available at any time, in open formats. Reversibility is a feature, not a negotiation.
How are tenants separated?
Four independent locks, from the access token down to the database's own rules. Separation does not rest on a single well-written line of code.
